| The afterschool history arts group started brainstorming ideas, last Thursday, for board games based on historical events of the 18th century. Some worked alone, while others are coming up with ideas with the assistance of partners. Some of their ideas have been pretty creative so far as they attempt to meld academics with their knowledge of games. The only problem I've run into is that they want to rush to get to the final concept without spending more time on research and planning. Slow down, children: there is plenty of time left in the school year to do this right. |
