| Students may be tired when they come home in the evenings, these days. We're having them rehearse in the afternoons for Monday's big debut Christmas program, Jingle Bell Jukebox. The program, set in a 1950s diner, has an assortment of familiar holiday music, jazzed up for your listening pleasure. Teachers have not only directed the music, but have also set the stage, complete with the fantastic back wall decorations for Ruby's Diner and tables. We blocked all of the 25 or so speaking parts, and we also designed the lighting for the various song stylings you'll enjoy when you attend our show. |
Our fourth graders have really stepped up, and we're going to do this without personal microphones, or even central microphones for the speaking parts. A single handheld microphone will be utilized for this show for one short scene and an amazing solo by our own KRISTA. Come see the show, next Monday evening, or attend during the morning dress rehearsal.
