At least one Hoggatteer visited the Titanic Museum Attraction in Branson, during Spring Break. According to her mom (who also provided the picture here), this student "was full of Titanic facts during our tour of the museum." It must have been exciting to see some of the genuine artifacts from the infamous ship after spending a week studying about its demise. This very accurate reproduction of the the Grand Staircase is only part of the presentation at the museum. This student's mom went on to report, "I loved watching [her] face light up as she entered each room." I can only imagine. As for myself, I always love hearing about students' who have sought out more experiences based on topics we've learned in class. |
