Our second representative also made a good show. HALIEGH deserves recognition for her effort and bravery. Nerves tend to take over for many people when they face an audience of their peers, but HALIEGH took it in stride. We are proud of her, too!
Congratulations to CAMERON for his outstanding performance in Thursday's school spelling bee. CAMERON was the runner up to the champion (EMMA from Ms. Nold's class, also a fourth grader). After several correctly- and incorrectly-spelled words, EMMA prevailed, but the noble attempt by CAMERON should not be discounted. Our class and CAMERON's mom were on pins and needles throughout the giving of the final words. In the end we were all very proud of our regal representative!
