 | Dear Friends, Our journey has now taken us onto Interstate 70, this time through the Glenwood Canyon. This section of highway is said to be the most beautiful of all the US Interstate System. The road was built with the intention of maintaining the beauty of the terrain with the least disruption. The highway weaves through tunnels and along bridges beside the river and on the sides of mountains. |
We were on our way to Glenwood Canyon Adventure Park. To get to this little theme park, one must purchase gondola tickets and ascend to the top (more about that in a future correspondence).
