| These pictures are from a couple of different lessons. In the first two, we are attempting to light a standard light bulb using D-cell batteries. Have you ever tried it? We lined up a bunch of batteries and completed the circuit until we had enough electricity to light it (kind of). The other pictures are from our lesson about conductors and insulators. Hoggatteers did great at predicting the results as they tested pencils, nails, golf tees, etc. They recorded the results in a t-chart, and finally took a quiz on Socrative. Soon, we will fashion our own filaments and attempt to make them light. |
